If you know your way around managing eBay auctions and have good customer service skills you could be part of the team at Comic Relief working to make this year’s Sport Relief 2012 the most exciting and successful yet.
Delivering a just world free from poverty is a big task but you can help make it happen by working with our Fundraising team deliver an eBay auction and online raffle, as well as providing other project support as needed.This will involve you in uploading content to eBay, coordinating auction timings, getting content approval and ensuring auctions are well managed and bidder queries answered. You will also support our online raffle on the Sport Relief site. Important too will be your ability to manage post auction/raffle procedures to ensure results are recorded, items delivered and customers 100% satisfied.
With good admin and IT skills you will have expertise in managing online eBay auctions as well as customer service experience. A good communicator you will be numerate and have an eye for detail.
