We are now recruiting a finance professional who is passionate about making a difference to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. As Finance Manager you’ll manage our business partnering team and work closely with Directors across the organisation to ensure that we spend our funds efficiently. You will provide strategic financial support; producing consolidated budgets, forecasts and management accounts and acting as a trusted advisor to the business.

You will work as part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team to; embed finance business partnering across Comic Relief and enhance management reporting capabilities to facilitate decision making and budget holder accountability.         

ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with at least two years post qualified experience, you will have experience of; leading a team, building and maintaining complex excel models, creating and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of an organisation and supporting a range of stakeholders, including non-financial audiences, with financial decision-making. You will have strong analytical and planning skills and thrive in a changing environment; taking a proactive approach to process improvement and identifying areas to add value.
