Put your strategy skills to good use as a Senior Insights Planner with Comic Relief. We bring about real and lasting change by tackling the root causes of poverty and social injustice. We want you to help us work smarter to achieve just that.

As Senior Insights Planner, you will be the expert on audience behaviours, identifying problems and suggesting creative answers. You will analyse data and research to inform decision-making around public fundraising for Sport Relief.

In this fixed-term contract you will also manage a major audience research project, liaising with agencies and internal stakeholders, guiding the process and managing the budget.

You must have experience in strategic thinking in a marketing, communications or research context. You will be confident in commissioning research as well as expert at interrogating qualitative and quantitative information; you can ferret out the most useful points and build a persuasive strategy. Comfortable working in matrix management structure, you will possess strong project management, communication and problem solving skills. You are equally happy with Excel, Powerpoint and pen and paper.
