At Comic Relief we deliver two of the UK’s largest fundraising campaigns in Red Nose Day and Sport Relief. Thanks to the support of so many amazing people we are able to deliver real and lasting change by tackling the root causes of poverty and social injustice. Join us and help maximise fundraising from schools, nurseries and youth audiences.


As Schools Fundraising Associate you will research opportunities, prepare pitches, secure partnerships and manage partners to maximise income. You will develop marketing and fundraising materials by gathering inspiring fundraising stories from schools and youth groups as well as create ideas to incentivise supporters. You will respond to enquiries and requests, identify strategies to maximise orders, process paperwork and track income. You will also work with freelance educational consultants to develop engaging educational resources as well as keep up-to-date with developments in the education sector and feed learning into the team and wider organisation.


You must be used to delivering fundraising strategies and propositions for UK schools and nurseries and have experience of developing fundraising ideas that appeal to teachers, pupils, support staff and school senior management. Good at overseeing relationships you will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills too. You will also possess an eye for detail and a ‘can do’ attitude.
