At Comic Relief we deliver two of the UK’s largest fundraising campaigns in Red Nose Day and Sport Relief. Thanks to the support of so many amazing people we are able to deliver real and lasting change by tackling the root causes of poverty and social injustice. Join us and drive public fundraising by developing a robust strategy to target and engage new and existing workplaces.


As a Workplace Fundraising Specialist you will design and deliver annual workplaces and organisations fundraising plans. Working closely with the Brand and Creative team you will identify prospects and key insights, then build relationships as well as develop inspiring materials, products and propositions. You will make sure we have the right tools, ideas and resources to maximise employee fundraising from corporate partners too. You will also prepare creative briefs, quality control marketing output and engage with colleagues to ensure propositions and ideas are effectively marketed to the right target audiences. Important will be the ability to work up fundraising targets and KPIs for events and develop plans around how to achieve them, including ways to monitor progress and track projections.


You must have experience of creating and delivering fundraising plans and propositions as well as expertise developing products in partnership with commercial partners. Good at overseeing relationships you will be effective at networking and possess strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. You will also possess an eye for detail and a ‘can do’ attitude.
