As Facilities & Logistics Manager you will be responsible for the Health and Safety within the office, including ensuring our work environment is fit for purpose and that employees understand their responsibilities. Leading the Facilities and Logistics team you will manage office supplies and services, undertake risk assessments, oversee refurbishments and renovations as well as maintain office space and working environment. You will be involved in managing relationships with our landlord, external partners and contractors too. You will also oversee budgets, ensure we are compliant with relevant legislation and work to deliver against our commitment to be environmentally friendly. Important will be the ability to identify opportunities to improve and adapt our infrastructure and ways of working to enhance operational performance.


You must have experience in a facilities management role and been involved in Safety policy and procedure design and implementation. With NEBOSH General Certification, BIFM level 1-5 Qualification, or equivalent you will have a record of developing high performing teams and experience of large budget management.  An effective communicator you will have strong negotiation and planning skills too.
