Do you enjoy investigating problems, working with systems and understanding what makes a process tick? As our Systems -Associate you’ll play a crucial role in the delivery of a great service to the users of the Comic Relief grants management system, GEM.
Working with internal and external users of the system you’ll be responsible for the process of receiving and prioritising requests for technical support, help drive improvements and increase knowledge of the system. You’ll be a part of the Learning and Strategy team, so will work with your colleagues to constantly identify and understand potential changes we can make to create the best grant making process possible.
We’re looking for someone with the systems knowledge and the communication skills to build up this new role. We would value significant experience from either the UK charity sector or the international development sector.
Interviews are likely to take place in the week commencing the 26th of November.
